Congratulations to A to Z Printing, a Cumberland Business Incubator (CBI) tenant. Selected by their clients as the best printer in the area through the Crossville Chronicle’s Reader’s Choice competition, we are very proud to have A to Z Printing as a resident client.

Diane Camera

Diane Morey became the new owner of the business on January 10, 2010. When asked what sets her apart from other printers, Diane told me that prior to buying the Crossville print business she had personally run every piece of equipment in the printing process while employed elsewhere. She uses that knowledge to get the highest quality product possible when she designs the graphics for her clients – matching the graphics and paper with the equipment that will produce the final product.

A to Z Printing has changed under Diane’s ownership. Much higher-end graphics designed by Diane herself and higher tech equipment have been added to move the business’ capabilities beyond what they were in 2010. The focus now is high-end graphics and production work.

The mission for A to Z Printing is “to enable the businesses that use their services to have a professional appearance in the marketplace, through consistent branding, printed products, and creative ideas for print and the web.”

Diane is proud that A to Z Printing has consistently provided professional state-of-the-art programs, graphic design, equipment, printing and marketing expertise to their clients to help them become more profitable. Her philosophy is that when local businesses grow and prosper, the overall health of the economic community benefits.

A to Z Printing key

“We exceed our clients’ expectations by providing innovative solutions to their printing and marketing needs. Every piece that represents our clients represents A to Z Printing as well. We depend on our quality and unique products to secure our success in business as well as our clients’ success.” Diane takes each project personally, and it is her responsibility to her clients to make it the best that it can be.

When asked to describe her preferred clients, she responded “they are willing to invest time and resources for a professional business image and product.”

Diane’s special customer service focus: Saving clients time and resources by delivering finished projects direct to their door. Diane read a note from a client where the project was delivered direct to their door. They were appreciative of not having to take time away from work to pick up their project and were pleased with the look and quality of the finished goods and the professionalism that they experienced throughout the project.

When asked how being located within the Cumberland Business Incubator had helped her to become the Reader’s Choice she listed:

  • The benefit of reduced shipping costs with UPS as an incubator tenant
  • A great location, parking lot and easy access for clients
  • Reduced overhead costs with a fixed rent cost that includes utilities
  • Access to all the CBI workshops and services
  • Introduction to visitors and workshop attendees and networking opportunities
  • The energy of the activities inside the CBI
  • Less isolation compared to working in her former location
  • The ability to get immediate access to coaching, brainstorming and feedback from others

Future plans for A to Z printing include additional graphic development for websites and web-based advertising.

Congratulations Diane and A to Z Printing!
